Every piece in the Shawarma Palace launch drop is a limited release, so all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges, including for size or colour.

Please double-check your selection before completing your order. If you have a question about sizing or fit, reach out at info@shawarmapalace.ca before you buy and we will help you out.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us at info@shawarmapalace.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. If your package is marked delivered but missing, or has not moved in over 10 business days, contact us at info@shawarmapalace.ca and we will work with the carrier to track it down.
